Dr. Jerome served in the US Navy as Hospital Corpman, completing 3 Iraq deployments as part of 3rd Battalion, 7th Marines and 3rd Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion.

Dr. Jerome continues his service as a Community Care provider for the VA Hospital System, providing Chiropractic, Acupuncture and Massage Therapy at NO COST to our Veteran Community. Dr. Jerome knows what it takes to put on the uniform to service our country.

Welcome to our page! We are proudly serving Prescott and the surrounding communities. Dr. Tiffany and Dr. Jerome met while at the University of Arizona. It was love at first sight (at least for Dr. Jerome). Having shared similar life paths, they had an instant connection that quickly developed into a loving relationship.

As their time at U of A was coming to end, they had to determine what they wanted to do after graduation. Dr. Tiffany had been accepted to the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Shortly after, Dr. Jerome was also set to attend PCC.

At Palmer, they developed their plan to start their own practice in Northern Arizona. After graduation in October 2017, they packed their belongings and started the journey to realize their dreams. In April of 2018, Lifestyle Chiropractic began at the Yavapai Chiropractic Clinic in the heart of Prescott.
