*NEW* Class on Wednesdays at 5:30pm
Christian/Spiritual Power Yoga

This class format will fuse traditional yoga poses together in a unique musically led pattern. We will alternate between traditional slow flowing yoga poses, as well as incorporate some medium paced yoga movements to uplifting Christian and Positive upbeat and uplifting songs.

Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced yogi, I welcome you to this class. This is a donation based class. (Meaning you can pay whatever your heart leads you to, or nothing at all). It is my honor to share this movement with you 💕

Buti Yoga class prices remain at $10 for walk ins and those who have memberships with Jade will receive a discounted rate as always. Can't wait to get back in our movement groove!

Just finished recording 2 live videos at the studio. In our yoga 🧘🏽‍♀️ class we focused on gratitude💗

The class brought out all these emotions!! I am truly grateful for all the beautiful people in my life who chooses to show up to class online. There are a lot of amazing people who continue to be here.

It’s hard to teach in an empty studio. I miss all the energy and love that fills this studio. I am craving some normalcy💞💞 I am crying but I am also smiling because this a beautiful raw moment that brings my ♥️ heart joy. I love you all!

I created these pebbles, they’ll be located at our studio, by the front door if you would like to come by pick one up tomorrow morning after 9am. So that you may hold it during the meditation.

With everything that is going on right now, it’s very important that we continue to stay healthy!! That means moving your body, 💦 sweating and most importantly eating nutritious foods!!!

I will be creating a group for Live FB workouts and add in nutritious recipes and positive motivation!! I will also post kids workouts and yoga for the whole family. Please let me know if you would like to join!!

My whole mission within this group is to create a space where we can move from home and stay on track. It’s also important to keep our mind healthy and positive. Stress and worrying only weakens the immune system. So let’s do our part in staying healthy 💖💖💖✌🏽

Calling all prayer warriors, I have a lot on my mind and heart and I'm sure you do as well with all that is going on in the world and all across our nation with this virus, so many unanswered questions, situations, rules and new regulations that will be effecting your life and family finacially and personally are changing day by day, so I figure getting an online prayer circle going wouldn't hurt. Much love to everyone who reads this. I believe that when someone asks you to pray for them, you pray because God called us to pray for one another and should be given wholeheartedly. I decided to do this today because I'm standing in the need of prayer just as much as everyone else. Let's pray for each other today, regardless of who or what your spiritual foundation! All prayers needed right now. If I don't see your name, I'll understand. I ask my family and friends wherever you might be, to kindly copy and paste this status to whisper a prayer for all of those who have family problems, marital problems, health struggles, job issues, or worries of any kind and just need to know that someone cares. Felicia Gwinn & Myself are still having classes for those who come to yoga class or fitness classes.

I would love to share with you,
My Monday Restorative class.
It was mostly about finding peace as during this time of uncertainty and fear.

Throughout the class I guided from my heart ❤️. What came to mind was rainbows.
As I was guided to do, I got new cards out ( that wasn’t used yet, until that day)
The cards was about self care and reflecting on what we needed to hear. Instead of the panic that has overwhelmed all of us.
As the class was wrapping up the thought of was I was about 9 years old I made the embroidery picture! Honestly it’s been hanging in the garage, which I hadn’t really thought of or see until Monday’s class.

This morning I received this message from my student,
Which brought me joy!
At this point I had to dig deeper and looked it up.

Please take a deep inhale a breath fill your heart with a rainbow of love... and as you begin to exhale slowly release your stress to the rainbow 🌈 in the sky!
