Wrapped up a new deck build today. No railings on this one as the customer is going to add a screened in room in the next month or so. Just need to paint the siding once the rain passes over the next 3 days. Another extremely happy customer!

Here’s another bathroom AND kitchen remodel that we recently completed. This customer had a plumbing leak in the wall for quite some time that they were unaware of and had some major mold remediation to complete. In the kitchen, we installed all new drywall, new subfloor, removed all the kitchen cabinetry and replaced with new white shaker cabinets, reinstalled the countertops, sink and appliances and installed all new vinyl plank flooring.
In the bathroom, we installed a new 4 piece shower, relocated the drain to accommodate a center drain location, installed all new drywall, laid new vinyl plank flooring, reinstalled the vanity and toilet, installed new baseboards and gave it a fresh coat of paint. It turned out awesome!!

Wrapped up this bathroom remodel this week and it turned out great! Installed new vanity, new toilet, fresh new coat of paint, removed the recessed medicine cabinet and framed & drywalled it in, installed new wider curved tub, all new plumbing for the tub drain, new shower valve and rubbed bronze shower trim, hung a new mirror, tiled the walls and hung all new rubbed bronze towel bars and trim! Here’s another project we recently wrapped up. Customer had started the remodel themselves and reached out to us when things got to be a bit too much.
We ran new plumbing & vent pipe through the roof, installed new vinyl plank flooring, tiled the shower/tub surround, installed a new window, installed new moisture resistant drywall and textured everything. Customer wanted to install the baseboards and paint the bathroom themselves. 😊
It turned out great!

Onto the next project! We just might have a few new kitchen cabinets to install. 😂

This one took some work! This customer wanted to go from a walk in shower to an over-sized soaking tub. We had to demo the existing shower, cut concrete, relocate the shower drain/plumbing, lay new concrete, apply self leveling concrete and on and on and on. This one was a ton of extra work, but it turned out GREAT!!

This was a fun one! This customer had a monthly water bill that doubled so we knew there was a leak in the main line. So we pulled up the pavers in the driveway, dug a 20 foot long, 2 foot deep trench so we could install a new sleeve for a new main water line in the future, repaired the leak and burried everything up. All ready for the pavers to go back down.
