Hello Prescott Families,

Hello everyone here in the Real Food Reset.
We are gearing up to do this 30 day challenge again. I am planning on starting January 5th.

The 30 day challenge this year is to avoid all processed foods. Eat only real food. No boxes, no bags. Minimally processed by a butcher or a farmer at most.

Join our FB page where we have community conversations, videos and pdfs.

I will be doing 75 hard this year. 75 days of 2 45 minute workouts daily. Paleo diet, no alcohol, 1 gallon of water, read 10 pages.
