Hello Prescott families,

Today is a bittersweet day. Today is Dr. Laura’s last day at Prescott Family Chiropractic.

Dr. Laura started in our office exactly 2 years ago in March. She has been a wonderful addition both to our office and our community of health care providers for Prescott.

Dr. Laura and Dr. Nick met around 10 years ago when Laura walked into West Coast Chiropractic for her first adjustment. Soon after she decided that she would change careers as a Wildlife Biologist and become a Doctor of Chiropractic.

Along the way Dr. Laura has gained a ton of knowledge and experience when it comes to health and Chiropractic.

Dr. Laura and her newly wedded husband Armin are moving to Colorado to start a great new adventure in their life. We are all very excited for them and their next chapter in life.

Dr. Laura will be missed by all of us here at PFC and all of the Prescott families that she has served along the way. If you have a chance, stop in and say goodbye!

Hello Prescott families,

We’d like to introduce you to our newest team member here at Prescott Family Chiropractic. Dr. Tate Gentile will be joining our PFC community in March. This also means we will be opening up our schedule on Fridays.

Dr. Tate has been in practice more than 15 years. Dr. Tate brings with him a ton of experience and knowledge. Dr. Tate has been serving families on the big island of Hawaii and is now back here to the mainlands.

His Chiropractic background includes, Webster prenatal techniques, pediatrics, sports medicine, upper cervical and more.

Dr. Tate has been a professor at Sherman Chiropractic College and is still providing his pediatric expertise to chiropractors all over the world for the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.

Happy New Year Prescott Families.

2024 was filled with many highs and unfortunately, many lows. I leave 2024 in the past and have a great gratitude for all the people, interactions, experiences and life changing moments. Good and Bad.

I welcome 2025 with open arms and high expectations. I am thankful to care for such a great community here in the Prescott area.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to our Prescott Families! I just wanted to give you a two week head start on our Real Food Reset. We will begin this year with a nutritional challenge for 30 days.

The challenge is to avoid all processed food for 30 days. Non processed or minimum processed is ok. I don’t expect you to churn your own butter.

So, what does this look like? Beginning the week of January 6th we will avoid anything that is bagged, boxed or has more than 1 ingredient. Starting during the week of January 6th will be 30 days before the Super Bowl for those of you that celebrate with all the munchies.

If you’d like to join us in this challenge, please add our page for more information. The cover picture looks the same as the one I posted.

Some things allowed on this challenge are minimally processed meat. (No Deli meat or beef sticks) All the fruits and veggies with 1 ingredient. Nuts, seeds, butter, olive or coconut oil. Coffee and tea is acceptable. Raw Dairy is ideal. I list some specifics on our FB page.
