The Ogemaw County Fair is getting closer. Anyone who get a 15 minute or more chair massage will receive a cold 8oz water free, while supplies last. Massage is $1.00 a minute.

Grand opening celebration is scheduled for February 12 at 2 to 4 pm to celebrate the grand opening/ one year anniversary of Annet’s Body Care and Massage. Refreshments and drawings of items and free massage with drawing to be at 4 pm. Come see the massage room, ask questions, and hear of whats planned for the second year with Annet’s Body Care and Massage.

Its been a while so another technique that I like to use because it can decrease tightness pretty fast is called cupping. It’s a suction cup that is applied to the body where there is tightness. There are different size cups and different amount of suction can be applied. I typically use the cups when the tightness is great and muscles are not responding to neuromuscular reeducation. Bruising is not typical.

Fair week has come to an end. Seen friends and made new friends. Had long days as had to work regular job before going to the fair, so, much longer days than I expected. The plan is to return next year and meet more new people from the area. Hope to see some of you at Escape at Deb and company soon?
