Holding a Plank...
Can be a great way to strengthen arms (triceps, shoulders, chest) and abs. Make sure your hands are under your shoulders with should down away form you ears. Engage your core and make sure your not swaying in your back.
If you can't hold a full plank on your toes start on your knees. If you don't have to strength to do that, you might call a personal trainer to help you build up your strength with other exercises to help you work progress over time to exercises like a PLANK or find alternatives.
Planks aren't for everyone if your not sure talk to a fitness professional that can help you with your fitness program.
