JOY JEMS (healthy tips):
I like cooking larger quantity meals (to eat over the week) on Saturday or Sunday so I have healthier food at the ready! I freeze things for later meals, when I can, to help with meal prep too. (e.g. soups or sauces)

It really brings me so much happiness with see how much my pup loves her walk. My old boy didn't come on this walk so it was at her pace. She had so much fun! She has such a swagger! My little hunter!๐Ÿฅฐ

Great lunch summer lunch time ideas for home or work:
I try to prep one Sundays for the week:

1. **Grilled Chicken Wrap:**
- Whole wheat wrap filled with grilled chicken strips, mixed greens, diced tomatoes, and a light spread of hummus. (I get my chicken from Costco and use a bunch of different ways for meals. Least expensive meal.) (hummus I make myself, easy much cheaper and tastes better)

2. **Mason Jar Salad:**
- Layer chickpeas, mixed greens, bell peppers, cucumber slices, and feta cheese in a mason jar. Top with vinaigrette dressing. ( I use a vacuum sealer on the lid to help with freshness. Best invention ever!)

4. **Stir-Fry Tofu and Vegetables:**
- Stir-fry tofu with broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, and a light soy sauce or teriyaki sauce. (I use Yoshida's best flavor. Use sparingly)

5. **Turkey and Avocado Sandwich:**
- Whole grain bread with sliced turkey breast, mashed avocado, lettuce, and tomato slices. (I use thin multi grain bread 65 calories or Ezekiel bread)
