Weight loss GOAL achieved!!!

20 pound weight loss and BMI decreased from 30 to 24…. YAY!!!

The best thing is that her visceral fat (the abdominal fat that increases the risk for diseases like HTN and DM) is now in a healthy range.

Tai Chi is great for fall prevention. The seated version is great for people with increased balanced issues until they get stronger. This class is in Flagataff but if you are local in Prescott and are interested, give us a call! We can put you in contact!

What is concierge medicine? The term is flying around all over these days.

Come in to Pate Complete Healthcare and we will explain the different models including the differences between traditional healthcare and the different types of concierge medicine. You will have opportunities to ask questions to Shurine NP about your specific situation and what may work the best for you.

AND It is open enrollment for Medicare. There are rules to make changes and you can only do it once a year. Prescott is difficult right now, especially with finding a good P*P and getting into the specialists. You definitely do not want to sign up with an insurance plan that limits the pool even more. And if you have to do an advantage plan, what does that mean, is the cost worth the decrease in benefit?

We will have Lupe Cordi present some of the facts about open enrollment. She is great! And Shurine NP wouldn’t have anyone speaking that did not have your best personal interest at heart.
