Ballard, M.D., also known as Prescott Pediatrics, is a Board Certified Pediatrician who has provided medical care to children in the Prescott area from 1989 until 2018. Dr. Ballard retired from active practice June 28, 2018, but remained active in volunteer work in the Quad-Cities area until her removal to Montrose, CO, where she now lives and

volunteers. Her office was located at 811 Ainsworth Dr, STE 16, Prescott, AZ. That is now the location of the offices of YRMC Interventional Cardiology physicians.
