Toast seems like a great day to meditate. Tomorrow too.

In the past I’ve had difficulty sitting in stillness. For the last many months this is not the case. 🙌 And every now and then, like this morn, I’ll listen to a guided one. Ever hear of ? HIGHLY recommend if you have resistance to sitting.

Weeeeee! New Moon AND eclipse! 🤩🥳 Join me and Dani Street tonight at 5:30pm to assist in recalibrating all these energies at the New Moon Sound Bath. I’ll be sprinkling in some supportive frequencies and energy work.
And tomorrow join me for my monthly New Moon ceremony at 6pm where we’ll get clear, sweet intentions and contribute to each other creating more of what we’d like to see in our lives. Bring something to write on.

Hi. It's been a minute. How are you riding the waves that have been rolling in? Maybe crashing even...
I've been observing them myself. LOTS to observe as you no doubt are aware. Fascinating stuff and things going on! Absurdity. Flabbergastedness. Is that a word? These are some of the themes I have witnessed.
Where do you find your observing going? Does it need to be redirected? Are you able to set a limit on things when you find yourself going down a path of comsuming the not so helpfull?

If you feel helpless, hopeless, angry, sad or similar, where can you use your gifts, your light, even your smile to create things on the other end of the spectrum?

I worked in the service industry for many years. I remember noticing how contagious negativity was (and still is). Anyone up for making the positive things contagious?And before anyone scoffs, I don't believe in the concept "just focus on the positive and everything will be fine". Though I do believe that despite the negative, it's still possible to create positive. No matter how much doom and gloom is reigning.

No matter what comes, you can handle it. And you will ALWAYS have a choice in how you respond and the actions you take, the words you say.
