Requirements:

1) Job Experience working with client accounts and financial transactions. Must be comfortable discussing high dollar finances in person and over the phone.

2) Previous front office dental experience recommended, but considering anyone with experience in sales, banking, business management, healthcare front office, or phone-type customer service positions.

4) Good with computers. Quick with learning new programs and adjusting to new systems.

5) Laugh and have a fun personality

Job Description:

Regular reception: answering phones, checking patients in and out, pulling charts, ordering office supply, calling insurance, mailing account statments etc.
