We have officially stepped into Spring… and you can feel it.

There’s a shift happening. Things are starting to move, open, come back to life. And just like nature, your body and energy are craving that same reset.

My next in-person healing session day is April 4th, and it’s the perfect time to come in for a spring rebalancing.

Winter can leave us feeling a little heavy, a little stagnant, maybe even disconnected. These sessions are a space to clear that out. To soften your nervous system, release what you’ve been holding, and come back into your body in a really grounded, supported way.

This isn’t just about relaxing, although that’s part of it. It’s about creating real energetic shifts. The kind where you walk out feeling lighter, clearer, and more like yourself again.

My love for energy healing began just a few weeks after my son was born 13 years ago.

At the time, I was completely new to what energy healing was and, to be honest, a bit skeptical.

I took my newborn to someone who offered energy healing, and throughout the entire session my mouth was basically hanging open. I couldn’t believe what I was witnessing. Yet somehow, I knew something powerful was happening. I believed in the work almost immediately. More details on that later.

Within that single hour, my life changed.

I continued bringing my son, which eventually led me to experience the work for myself. That opened the door to a deeper curiosity and ultimately a calling to learn how to offer this work to others.

Fast forward 13 years, and I have witnessed hundreds of clients transform right before my eyes.

That is why I am so deeply passionate about the work I provide.

Although I took some time away from in-person sessions to focus on growing my online presence, I am now more than ready to return to this work in person.

If you are new to energy healing, or if you are a returning client who I am so grateful for, it is okay to be skeptical. It is okay to not fully understand what is about to take place.

My promises to you:

• I will listen to your concerns or curiosities with an open heart. This is a safe space to ask questions.

• I will allow you to experience energy healing in a way that meets you exactly where you are.

• I will explain what happens before, during, and after the session in a way that feels supportive and clear for you.

We will begin by discussing anything you may be experiencing physically, mentally, or emotionally.

You will then get cozy, fully clothed, on the massage table while I work within your energy field. Afterward, we will talk through what came through my channel and your energy, and discuss next steps if you desire.

Whether you are brand new to this work or deeply experienced, all of you is welcome.

What works best is coming in with an open mind and an open heart, and a willingness to look within for awareness and insight.
