R & R is vital for health
I know you’ve heard this term many times, R & R, rest and relax. Americans, as well as many others are NOT practicing this life saving measure. Stress is killing more people than anyone can calculate, now more than ever.
Are you waking up tired, stiff, foggy, anxious, stressed? Is it because you’re not sleeping well or is there more to it? Over the years has weight gain, saggy skin, baggy eyes, rising blood pressure, new aches, new pains, seems its never ends…
Your bodys TALKING, you must stop and listen to the message it’s trying to tell you!
Everyone including your doctor will tell you:
“That’s just part of getting older.”
BULL, BULL, BULL!!!!
It’s your body screaming for help!!!! Yes, you can help it and yes, you can change it with some simple everyday practices. Yes, I said everyday! And YES I said simple!
First, a bit of explaination- WHY? Its simple, your nervous system is running way to hot on high alert, all the time. This causes inflammation inside your tissues, especially in the blood vessels. Inflamation is a killer!
This is exactly why heart disease is the #1 killer in the world!
Heart disease is nothing but inflammation screaming throughout your blood vessels. Approximately 80,000- 100,000 MILES of blood veins in an average size adult. This is vital to carry nutrients and oxygen to your 70 TRILLION cells and remove toxins and poisons. Sound important, you can bet your life, it is!!!
The simple explaination:
1. Inflammation is produced by white blood cells called neutrophils. White blood cells are also markers of how well your immine system is doing its job. It shows us the body is literally in a fight, it indicates the presence of infections, inflammation, and leads to chronic issues.
2. Cells are damaged every day. When a cell is damaged, neutrophils wrap themselves around the damaged cell and release reactive oxygen species.
3. Heres the problem- This process wreaks havoc on the cells, weaking the intergal elements inside the cell and eventually destroys the sick, weak, damaged cell.
Stress keeps this switch on, constantly, that’s when inflammation turns chronic.
What can you do everyday to help reduce this cycle?
1. Destress!!!! Get rid of everything creating stress in your life. Let that garbage you can’t change GO! Forget the past, build new memories. One of the best ways to forget and move beyond is to find someone who needs you! Join a group that needs volunteers, a church, deliver meals on wheels, find a lonely neighbor, read to children, look up an animal rescue, hospital volunteer, there may even be a local small business that could desperately need your help. You can make a difference in this world, just look! You’re valuable and believe me someone out there would greatly value YOU! This is good for YOU and your community.
2. Get your blood moving by moving! Stretch everyday for a few minutes. Streching is easy and the benefits are huge!!!! Develop a routine/daily habitual time to do it. Perhaps when you eat, stretch after or upon rising or even before bed. Moving gets and keeps blood flowing through those 70,000 ish miles of veins.
3. Walking and breathing fresh air outside and barefoot preferably. Get your feet on the ground, it helps balance your electrical system. If you can’t walk daily at least get a good quality grounding mat to plant your feet on daily.
4. Early am or late pm sunshine. Increases DHA- this is the battery recharge your system needs everyday.
5. Take 1 qood quality non gmo, organic, and as close to nature as you can, supplement. I use one with all 243 minerals and vitamins in it. Theres a boat load of trash out there, claiming to be the best when it comes to supplements. Most prople are over doing it and causing themselves more harm than good. Supplements should be synergistically formulated to be absorb by tissue. We called them bed pain bulletts in the hospital because they don’t break down in the body! Theres a small handful of quality supplements on the market today, you wont find them on the shelves of drug store, infomercials or grocery stores. Many companies are being bought up by big pharma, good luck with that one. Synthetics are not the answer, you need to get as close to Mother Earth as possible, that’s where minerals originate, in soil and water!💦
6. Least but not last, in fact, the most important when it comes to blood is SALT! We been duped on salt!!!! Your blood is 90% salts. Yes, you need salt everyday! Find a good high quality salt with ALL 118 minerals in it. Throw out the pink salts, they are 50% micro plastics, that’s another topic for another day.
There’s multiple salts in your body, calcuim is major, every single cell must have calcium. Yet everyone wants to remove it from there water! Magnesium is your healing mineral, potassium is required for a healthy heart, sodium bicarbonate to help level pH throughout the body and a whole host of other benefits. Just getting your salt intake correct will change more things than you can imagine. My mother said, “ A pinch a day keeps the doctor away!” In clean water of course!
These 6 things sound simple and they are! Just watch, make yourself a daily log and measure doing these 6 steps daily and watch inflamation melt away. Monitor yourself by taking your blood pressure, oxygen and heart rate daily.
