This is an herbal healing journey from November to June, 8 months of tuning into the wisdom of plants with self healing tools and herbal remedies.

Rowan tree gives us these beautiful red berries that have been used for centuries to make amulets of protection against evil energies.
In the Slavic land women made rowan berry necklaces also when they were longing for their beloved.
How beautiful they are. How powerful is the their magick. The season of rowan berries is coming, look around, perhaps you can find a rowan tree around, especially if you live in the northen part of the US or Europe.

My life has changed forever ever since I became a spiritual herbalist.
Nature became my focus, my roots grew deeper into the earth and the connection to Gaia, the great mother or in Slavic, Mokosz, has been so present I feel her strongly and so loving. I feel it everywhere.
And I felt it so much when visiting Tatra mountains this time on the Slovakian side.
The Tatra Mountains are part of the Carpathian mountain chain in eastern Europe, and they create a natural border between Slovakia and Poland.
The region is stunning. We found meadows full of wild plants so we foraged a little, I was in my herbal heaven.
The mountains spirits whisper so loud! I love them and I'm looking forward to returning in the future.

Almost every February I feel the winter blues. Longing for swimming in the lakes and evenings in the garden.
These past few weeks have been bringing emotional challenges to a lot of us.
With the recent full moon intensity and the collective energy restructuring, I am feeling pretty vulnerable and the only thing that truly helps is my time in the forest and my work. Women's circles and herbal teachings really shift and bring lighter energy. So grateful for it 💚🙏
And so grateful for the sun as I gaze into the golden rays bringing its power into my solar plexus. ✨✨☀✨✨

I have been guided by plants and the energy of herbs for many years. How interesting that I didn't even realize the true calling growing within me until the last two years.
Something just switched inside me after going through some inner challenges, turmoil, and finally allowing to let go of attachments, and learning to trust myself and the inner knowing.
Back in 2005 I had some major health issues and was told very scary stories by the doctors. I followed their advice and went through the brain tumor surgery which affected my physical and emotional body. Soon after, the tumor grew back and I took it as a sign to let go of the conventional medicine to follow my own instincts. I entered the world of energy and plant healing, variety of sessions and protocols. That led me along with my good friend to open an herb shop back in Chicago. I ran it for nine years working with supplements, herbs and learning about many ways of healing.
Two years ago I moved to northern AZ where I re-discovered a profound connection with nature and energy in ALL things. Through working with grandmother medicine, dearest mentors, and Transcodes energy program, my consciousness expanded and my calling into the sacred world of Gaia became stronger.
During 2017 I began "downloading" information about herbs and their properties. It mostly happened during meditation or while reading. This way I created 7 recipes of herbal teas, I called them Herbal Goddess Teas.
Today I share these herbal formulations in private tea tasting parties, gatherings, and upon request along with herbal coaching.
This new connection with Herbal Goddess within me led into energy healing program and as of 2018 I am a certified TransCodes Grace Integrity® Master and Energy Clearing TransCoach. I offer and facilitate remote energy sessions for those seeking energetic nourishment and healing.
