Here is a simple and yummy recipe for a chia pudding infused with herbs.
1. Begin with blending 2 bananas and one can of organic coconut cream and 1 cup of frozen fruit, I usually use wild blueberries, mango or raspberries.
2. Prepare an herbal infusion or decoction,
2 tbsp of herbs per 1 cup if water.
~for blue color use butterfly pea flowers + frozen wild blueberries for base
~for pink use hibiscus but only with 1 tbsp of it, it's strong + use frozen raspberries
~for yellow use turmeric, but only 1 tsp with less water, + frozen mango
~ use any strong infusion to your pudding, especially when stressed out or can't sleep use skullcap, blue lotus, California poppy passion flower, mugwort, etc. These hetbs don't change the color much so just use it with any fruit she making a base.
3. Once your base it ready, add 4 tbsp of chia seeds per every cup of the liquid. Hand mix well. If you're making different layers of colors,, refrigerate each layer for about 10 minutes so it's thick.
4. You can put pieces of nuts between layers or sliced/whole fresh fruit.
5. Decorate the top with h**p seeds, shredded coconut, more fresh fruit, cocowhip, yogurt, etc.
ENJOY! it's so yummy and super healthy, full of fatty acids, nutrients, antioxidants and fiber.

Rituals connect us to mother earth, to her spirit and to the mystical part of ourselves.
I invite you to create a ritual of gratitude in your garden, on your patio or balcony. Gather your power objects, crystals, feathers, Oracle or tarot cards. Infuse a special blend of herbs and upon sunrise or sunset prepare an altar with all your offerings. Allow yourself to be creative. Play music, sing a song. Feel the energy of the location and meditate, pray, burn incense. This might be a very simple ritual but as you repeat it, connect with your prayers or intentions and gratitude, it will gain energy. You will feel the great mother all around you. ✨💛✨

Let's bring summer garden inside with a fresh herb infusion. How to do it? Simple. Early in the morning when the plants are most vital cut your aromatic herbs like mint, basil, Tulsi, chamomile, lemon balm, and others like motherwort or St.John's Wort, calendula or whatever herbs you might have.
Play a little with how much of each you want to add, fill a quart size jar of fresh cut herbs with hot boiled water and cover. It will be ready in about 20 minutes. Place it in a fridge once it reaches room temperature and enjoy it chilled.
Happy herbal summer! 🌿💚🌿

Almost every February I feel the winter blues. Longing for swimming in the lakes and evenings in the garden.
These past few weeks have been bringing emotional challenges to a lot of us.
With the recent full moon intensity and the collective energy restructuring, I am feeling pretty vulnerable and the only thing that truly helps is my time in the forest and my work. Women's circles and herbal teachings really shift and bring lighter energy. So grateful for it 💚🙏
And so grateful for the sun as I gaze into the golden rays bringing its power into my solar plexus. ✨✨☀✨✨
How have you been feeling lately?

Finding the Herbal Goddess within me

I have been guided by plants and the energy of herbs for many years. How interesting that I didn't even realize the true calling growing within me until the last two years.

Something just switched inside me after going through some inner challenges, turmoil, and finally allowing to let go of attachments, and learning to trust myself and the inner knowing.

Back in 2005 I had some major health issues and was told very scary stories by the doctors. I followed their advice and went through the brain tumor surgery which affected my physical and emotional body. Soon after, the tumor grew back and I took it as a sign to let go of the conventional medicine to follow my own instincts. I entered the world of energy and plant healing, variety of sessions and protocols. That led me along with my good friend to open an herb shop back in Chicago. I ran it for nine years working with supplements, herbs and learning about many ways of healing.

Two years ago I moved to northern AZ where I re-discovered a profound connection with nature and energy in ALL things. Through working with grandmother medicine, dearest mentors, and Transcodes energy program, my consciousness expanded and my calling into the sacred world of Gaia became stronger.
