January vibes with Crone herbal medicine

●Wormwood for deep bitter stomach/liver/gallbladder support
And I always add some mucilagenous herbs for tissue balance, it's been marshmallow root lately.

Good morning from my cozy bed.
I've been grounded with head cold, sore throat, congestion & deep productive cough. No fever. No body aches. A little tiredness.
Just congestion making its way through my respiratory system.
So what's my healing protocol?
1. Rest and sleep
2. I've started with my WARRIOR GODDESS TEA to build up my immunity and work with whatever is causing the congestion. This blend is made with Peruvian cat's claw, Tulsi, rose hips and a few other herbs. It's delicious and easy to drink. I simmer it for about 15 min & drank 3 cups a day.
3. I doubled on vit C & D3 from Emerald Labs. Colloidal silver 10 ppm 3- 5 x a day
+ my daily regulars like dandelion root & black walnut tinctures.
4. After day one the sore throat was completely gone, then I started coughing. So I prepared my Radiant Breath Goddess Tea (lung care) and marshmallow root warm infusion separately mixing the two together in a cup with a little bit of magickal honey. I also have fermented beet soup but homemade chicken/turkey soup/broth is great.
5. Today is day 3 of being sick. I'm still coughing. My energy is back. I slept great. I'm going to stay home and prepare a good meal. I will continue with my Radiant Breath Goddess Tea and marshmallow root warm infusion, this has been helping a lot. The head congestion is almost gone.
I know we have been taught to always get better fast and go back to life, work, etc. I used to take over the counter flu medication just so I can be ready to function within 24 hours.
This resulted in overworked nervous system and really weak immunity.
When we get sick we need to rest.
We need to take time off to allow the body to recuperate and restore.
I know it's not always doable due to all different life circumstances but, if possible, give yourself time to just rest with herbs and supplements without rushing into wellness.

With my remote energy healing background I love to create safe & high vibrational online experiences.
Teaching spiritual herbalism in live online workshops became magickal and very powerful actually.
Creating virtual sacred space can encompass the energy of every participant and we can really feel it.
I feel our group meditations & heart based sharings really make this experience more personal. In this space teaching and learning become light and more grounded. Do you enjoy online learning?

Finding the Herbal Goddess within me

I have been guided by plants and the energy of herbs for many years. How interesting that I didn't even realize the true calling growing within me until the last two years.

Something just switched inside me after going through some inner challenges, turmoil, and finally allowing to let go of attachments, and learning to trust myself and the inner knowing.

Back in 2005 I had some major health issues and was told very scary stories by the doctors. I followed their advice and went through the brain tumor surgery which affected my physical and emotional body. Soon after, the tumor grew back and I took it as a sign to let go of the conventional medicine to follow my own instincts. I entered the world of energy and plant healing, variety of sessions and protocols. That led me along with my good friend to open an herb shop back in Chicago. I ran it for nine years working with supplements, herbs and learning about many ways of healing.

Two years ago I moved to northern AZ where I re-discovered a profound connection with nature and energy in ALL things. Through working with grandmother medicine, dearest mentors, and Transcodes energy program, my consciousness expanded and my calling into the sacred world of Gaia became stronger.
