Let me know what alternative social media and music sites you enjoy. Thanks

This message resonates with me. What a journey the past decade has been, especially the past 4 years. I chose some wild detours in life so I could prioritize my health-letting go of 80% of my belongings, relocating to the SW after (a lovely) 6 month cross country car camping and pet sitting adventure, stepping into retail for the first time since my mid 20s to rebuild from near scratch, navigating the highs and toxicity of that experience...praying and dreaming of a job that would bring me peace and financial comfort in my favorite AZ city. I'm in that city and in a dream water conservation job with a salary that I've long deserved. My nervous system will take awhile to believe that I'm safe and secure, but so far, the experience has been very positive.

Coaching? Don't worry. That's not going away. I'm focusing on building a positive trajectory in my water conservation job, shopping for new life necessities, building the wellness support system that I've wanted for years, and finding ways to have fun again. I have taken my website off liine, since I'm not actively recruiting clients, but if my story and passions resonate with you, please do call or email me to discuss the possibility of working with me. My passion for helping others navigate connection healing and life goals is a forever thing. I have many people to thank for supporting me in this journey, and I am excited to pay-it-forward in the future. I envision a slow rebirth sometime in 2025. :-)

Step into Your True Nature. Navigate Fear. Create Empowering, Joy-filled Changes. Nurture Your Heart, Body & Soul.

How do you want to "be" right now? What do you want your life to look like as you transcend out of this pandemic and into your future life?

Covid-19 Compassionate Support For Your Body, Mind and Soul

Nature has created a pause across the world unlike anything humans have ever seen. There IS deep, heart-wrenching tragedy and trauma, and I do not make light of it. My heart feels it every day, and goes out to all who are suffering illness and loss. We are ALSO seeing shifts back towards kindness, cooperation, community and the memory that we are not alone, but rather "all one". If you are like many, this pandemic has likely created anxiety, fears and stirred up old traumas.

I believe (as do many others) that Nature is signaling that it is ready for a change, and that this time is also a gift and opportunity for each of us find new ways of "being". " How? Now? I'm so tired, overwhelmed and stressed", you say. The first step is to REST and HEAL, dear friends. It is:
