🌟 Success Story Spotlight: Meet Freida! 🌟

When Freida came to Granite Creek in August, she was facing a new chapter in life as a recent amputee. She arrived wheelchair-bound, uncertain of what lay ahead — but determined to regain her independence.

Through hard work, dedication, and the incredible support of our therapy team, Freida has made amazing progress. She completed her therapy with us and now proudly walks with her new leg!

Freida’s journey is a powerful reminder of what resilience, hope, and the right support can achieve. 💪❤️
