Adult Care Services (ACS) is a non-profit 501(c)3 founded in 1982 by the late Susan J. Rheem. 🦋 The Susan J. We provide transportation to and from the center.

Rheem Adult Day Center in Prescott Valley welcomes adults who are dealing with health issues including, but not limited to, strokes, Alzheimer’s Disease, Parkinson’s Disease, memory loss, various developmental disabilities, Multiple Sclerosis, spinal cord or head injuries as well as those who are simply in need of socialization and stimulating activities. The center is a Medical/Social Model which

allows our participants to benefit from medical monitoring, social interaction, nutritious meals and therapeutic recreational activities, counseling and support. We serve families from Paulden, Chino Valley, Prescott, Prescott Valley, Meyer, Humboldt-Dewey and Cortez Lakes. Call today to schedule a tour 928-775-3563

The Margaret T Morris Center is a 57 bed residential/assisted living community dedicated solely to people with Alzheimer’s Disease and other related dementias. MTM provides a unique, safe environment with care and services overseen by a medical director, RN’s and highly trained professional care partners. The residents reside in neighborhoods with comfortable living areas where they participate in activities of daily living. Strong emphasis is placed on recreation activities and all levels of personal care. We offer generous indoor and outdoor spaces. Call today to schedule a tour 928-445-6633
