We had several clients this week that had hamstring issues and neck issues. I think it’s preventable and also something we can become aware of to move with more freedom in our minds and bodies.

The hamstrings and sub-occipital muscles (base of the skull) are connected by a system of connective tissue, allowing strain in one to cause pain in the other.
