Remember your humanity. We all want freedom to be and choose. However, one individual's freedom ENDS where the other individual begins. That means there needs to be a collective consciousness about not overstepping and infringing upon others thoughts, perceptions, and behaviors. Right now those who perceive they have no voice because they believe they are victims are shouting over all the rest, bullying them, even acting out violently to be heard. This is NOT the way to get attention. It harms us all and will definitely be counterproductive to what the so-called victims wish to accomplish. The actions are not out of love but of confusion, anger, and hate. The best way to not be a victim and to change what you are railing against is to 1. be conscious of exactly what you are doing and what your purpose is 2. take responsibility for yourself and your current situation rather than blaming others for it 3. read history. Much of the public disagreements, in my opinion, are due to people being ignorant of world history and how far humanity has actually come. Appreciate where we are at in comparison to, say, the industrial age when children were just a cog in the wheel and forced to labor among adults by age 8 or so; or when most people died from some kind of accident, not old age. The better educated our population becomes, the more we will see the commonalities and not the differences.
