Ever wonder how we know where to adjust?

One of the tools we use in Gonstead care is called a Nervoscope.

It gently scans along the spine and detects small temperature differences, which can point to areas of inflammation and nerve interference.

That gives us another layer of insight so we’re not guessing.
We’re looking for patterns, confirming findings, and being as specific as possible with your care.

It’s a simple tool, but it plays an important role in helping us take a more intentional and precise approach.

😎Another SUPER fun primitive skills class for the kiddos today, from our friends Jeff and Erin Archer at Project Rewilding!🫶🏻

😁The kids took a “hafting knife” making class today and just had a ball! They used antlers🦌, arrowheads💘, and hunted and collected all the things 🐇💩 along the land to bind it together!

After they finished, they had a chance to play on the atlatl playground! Each of them threw so well!

If you have not checked out Project Rewilding, you certainly need to! These kids are learning priceless skills! ✅

One day it’s beautiful outside…
the next day your nose is confused, your eyes are itchy, and you’ve sneezed 14 times before lunch.

Spring allergies have entered the chat.

This is your gentle reminder to take care of yourself a little extra this time of year. Drink your water, check the pollen count, and maybe don’t leave the windows open all day just because it feels nice for five minutes 😅

So many people spend their day looking down at a phone, tablet, or laptop… and over time, that posture really adds up.

When your head starts drifting forward, it puts extra stress on the neck, shoulders, and upper back which can lead to tension, stiffness, and ongoing discomfort.

That’s one reason Gonstead care is so specific.

Using the cervical chair, we’re able to make precise neck adjustments with the goal of improving alignment and helping reduce that forward head posture.

Sometimes the answer really is simple:
