Who is The Mending Place?
Leslie is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist providing personalized and collaborative therapy to individuals, couples and families both in person in Phoenix, AZ and virtually to residents of Arizona and Washington state, using teletherapy. Whether you hope to change problematic behaviors, increase self-awareness, improve the quality of your relationships, or heal from past and present pain, she can help. Her areas of expertise include Trauma, Attachment, Couple's Work, Grief/Loss and Relationship Issues.
With couples, she utilizes an approach based on Emotion-focused therapy and Relational Psychoanalytic Couples Therapy. She helps partners to address negative cycles of interaction and restore trust, heal relational wounds and increase connection. With individuals, she takes a more relational psychoanalytic approach.
