Straining our goldenrod tincture! Today is the day we strained our goldenrod tincture and put it into a dropper bottle. REMINDER: goldenrod is good for urinary & kidney health along with respiratory health. It is a decongestant, which is why we are going to be using it during the winter when we get a cold ❤️
