A little bit of a different post here 🩷

I've been feeling an overwhelming sense of gratitude and wanted to take a moment to share something a little more personal.

I'm not just a business owner, I'm a Mom.

A Mom to three amazing children and one pup.
My 'why' has been deeply rooted in helping others and my heart runneths over with immense love and gratitude for all that I do and the wonderful souls that I have the opportunity to connect with on a daily basis.

We're all riding this wild wave of life together and because of you I have been able to create and sustain a life for my children where I am also able to attend field trips, games and school activities.

You have no idea how much this means to me as much as it does to them.

Hello! ☺️
It's been a bit since I've done a personal check in but, I thought that I would reintroduce myself as I have several new faces here.

My name is Jessica; I'm a hairstylist of 19 years, Reiki Master and Akaschic Records Practioner of 7 years and this Summer I will be fully certified as a Thai Yoga Bodywork and Foot Reflexology Practioner (I'm currently offering 1:1 sessions at a student rate, until fully certified). My "why" has always been rooted in connecting with others and helping them find their center. My heart runneths over with immense love, joy and gratitude for the work I do, be it, behind the chair or within my room.

Thank you all so very much for being here and supporting me and the work that I am so passionate about. 💗

One other thing, is that I love to write and share all that lies deep within my soul. You will often find me sharing little quotes and my '2am thoughts' here from time to time. We are all walking this journey of life together and I don't ever want for anyone to ever feel alone. 🫶

Strength doesn't come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you thought you couldn't. Live, learn, overcome.

There will be moments in life where you will question it all.
The job.
Relationship.
Direction in which you're moving in.

But, let there be this one thing, that you will never need to think twice about.
And that is YOU.
Who you are and the relationship you have with yourself becomes the foundation for your entire life.

Work on your mindset and become aware of your triggers, fears and all that is holding you back.

We get this one shot at life. We can either allow failure to dictat how we live it, or we can trust the process and know that If we don't atleast try and fail, we may never know.

There is no timeline and it's never too late.

So, if you are in need of a little encouragement with getting started, let this be it.

Whatever you do, don't give up on you.
