A little myofascial decompression with cupping due to medial knee strain. He was complaining of tightness in his inside quadriceps. Followed up with an ultrasound to the inside aspect of his knee and he walked out with significant improvements in his knee pain.

What these ladies have accomplished not only on the course but in the classroom and with other various activities and outside of the school work makes us all so proud! ❄️❄️Snow Shoveling Safety ❄️❄️

❄️ Go out and shovel frequently to minimize the amount and weight of snow you are moving.
❄️ Stretch and warm up your muscles prior to shoveling.
❄️ Push the snow rather than lift, when you have to lift bend at your knees lifting with your legs and not your back.
❄️ Tighten your abdominal muscles and avoid twisting.
❄️ Stand upright and lean backwards to help counteract the forward bending of shoveling.
❄️ Remember to hydrate after shoveling but avoid eating a large meal before or immediately after.
❄️ If you are not use to strenuous activity, please find someone else to shovel for you.
