ATTENTION!!!
Serenity Chiropractic is closing

Life comes with many changes and opportunities throughout our lives, and sometimes they come with hard choices. Closing the office is one of those hard choices. With the changes we have had over this past year, we have decided it is best for our family to move.

Serenity Chiropractic will remain open until the end of March, officially the last day I will take any appointments will be Friday, March 27th. During this time I will not be seeing any new patients. I will continue to have the same number after closing should you need to reach me. 507-564-2116 Call or Text is fine.

I have accepted a job at Wholistic Family Chiropractic with Dr. Kady Olson. I will be starting at her location in April. Her practice is located at 275 37th St NE #200, Rochester, MN and you can also find her online via her website, http://wholisticfamilychiro.com/.

If you are in Rochester and would like to continue your care with me, I would be delighted to see you! At this time I do not have all the details for transferring care and scheduling appointment times. I will add that this move will not include any insurance processing as she is a cash based practice.

Update here!!!

Some of you may know that I have not been feeling well. I went back to the ER yesterday and discovered I have pneumonia.

What this means, I will be taking this week off (7/21 - 7/24) in order to rest. I may work a short shift on Friday if I am feeling better.

If you are on the schedule this week I will be sending individual messages soon to inform you of cancelation and rescheduling and needed.

Happy July!!

I'm here to say that hours during July will be a bit different as I navigate family time/trips and accommodate seeing family and friends who are visiting.

The office will be closed July 3rd through 7th and also the 11th of July will be closed.

I will post additional updates as needed throughout the month.

Wanted to put this on here. It doesn't define all pain that people experience, however, there is a lot to be said about the physical distortions that emotions put on a body.

I found the one about the hands to be interesting. I tend to have hand pain, and it makes sense due to the nature of my job. However, after reading the emotional connection... I can definitely relate to the overwhelm and control struggles as well.

I believe that sometimes looking at your emotions and how you are feeling as an aspect of pain, may help you move through healing more efficiently when you can notice it and work through it.
