Whew, been having fun the last few months fixed up some houses going on the market and did a remodel job. Finally have everything off the to-do list and am ready for more. Why do we wait until we put our home on the market to fix all these little things? Do you have a hole in the wall, outlet that doesn't work, baseboard you never put up, etc? Get it done, enjoy it while you live in your house instead of leaving it for the next guy! Do you have a piece of fence that needs fixing since winter or is the gate hanging a little crooked? I can fix that. Do you think every year you're going to paint or install a railing by your door? Get it done! Small things to sort of big things, let me know. I'm not insured to be on the roof, I'm old, old guys shouldn't be on roofs. I'm not a licensed electrician, but I am licensed for construction. I'm licensed for Idaho, not Utah.

I've noticed there has been an uptick on views lately. Yes, I'm still here, I've been working on getting my house ready for winter. I think I'm about done, so if you have something that needs to be done, let me know, I'll be available for work again. I am licensed and insured for Idaho (not Utah, sorry), but I am and "Old Guy" so my kids won't let me do roofs (aka hang Christmas lights as so many have asked for the last few days, we do one of those things that shines the pretty lights on the house).

Hey, the remodeling job I'm working on is currently on hold because of snow and the cold - no one can get in until they are able to clear the driveway, so I'm available for your Handyman jobs! Remember, always choose someone who is licensed and insured - I am!

Late last fall I started a bathroom remodel, now we are months later and the whole house is remodeled (they decided to make it liveable as opposed to have it be a place to clean up in after calving.) Bottom line, I am available for odd jobs again! Let me know what you have been waiting to get done.

Hey folks, I had a big job lined up that was supposed to take up from now till Thanksgiving and they just bumped it to after Thanksgiving due to scheduling issues, so... if you need something done before turkey day, let him know and we'll get it done! I can do your weatherstripping or install a new smart thermostat to help keep you warm. That's what I'm doing at my house this weekend :-)

There are openings next week! What do you need done? This week he hung a screen door, fixed a corner of vinyl on a house that had been damaged, prepped a wall for painting (that's what will finish up this week), and he has a white board to take down and a new one to put up in its place. What have you had sitting around on your to-do list for too long? Don't forget, winter is coming, all those holes that let in the cold also let in the heat, caulk, seal, draft guards, etc.
