Are you having a hard time letting go?
It's normal to grieve a loved one's passing. That's why funerals were created - so we can grieve together in a group and support each other. It's the beginning of the letting go process.
However, if you've been grieving for a long time, or feel guilt, shame, anger, bewilderment, or are feeling depressed, then you could probably benefit from a little help.
Many people don't want to see a psychologist or psychiatrist because of the perceived stigma involved.

Guess what...trauma happens to us, not because we asked for it. Trauma is not our fault, and it does not define who we are. We suffered trauma, but we are not trauma.

Everyone - you included - everyone deserves to have a happy and healthy life. Everyone.

Even if you feel somehow to blame, you don't have to live with it for the rest of your life.

The fair was amazing! I was able to meet so many people, and was giving reiki almost all day. It was a great turnout.
Just an FYI I am running a special this month for my chakra activation course. It is an 8 week course done in person orr over zoom that clears, heals, and activates your chakras. Normally I charge $300 for this course but for the month of May I will offer it for $150.
