Love it when clients take advantage of the benefits of placenta encapsulation.

I try to turn the little cord into hearts or initials of the babies. Some turn out just okay, but I am proud of this one!

This video reminded me of how we should treat our “fourth trimester” or postpartum period like. Eating, napping, bonding with baby, breastfeeding, and being around supportive family/friends! This Momma even got the side lying nursing down!
