The crab, a remarkable symbol of resilience, adaptability, and the enduring power of nature, offers valuable lessons for navigating life's challenges. Its hard, protective exoskeleton serves as a metaphor for the human capacity to withstand adversity, knowing to go inside itself and finding strength in its vulnerability.

Just as the crab must adapt to changing environments, so too must we embrace life's transitions with clarity and calmness. The crab's process of shedding its old exoskeleton to make way for the new mirrors the human journey of personal growth and transformation. This cyclical process encourages us to persevere through challenges and embrace change as a necessary part of our evolution.

Glimmers can be found in the most unexpected places, and they often bring a sense of peace, joy, or wonder.

Keeping a glimmer journal can be a powerful way to cultivate gratitude, mindfulness, and a positive outlook. Your mind is a powerful filter. Let's talk about how it shapes your reality. Pictures don't have their own thoughts or feelings. What we see in them is based on our own life experiences. So, when we react to a picture or image, it's really about us, not the picture. This can teach us a lot about ourselves and why we think the way we do.
