Treatment and Recovery Survey

Purpose of Survey: To guide local prevention outreach and programming in Calvert County. We are surveying those in treatment and recovery to learn more about their history of substance misuse and their recovery journey. We will use the information to help target outreach to the county's adolescent and teen populations and their parents, grandparents, and/or guardians. Your participation in the survey is vital, as we work to change/redirect substance misuse by our younger population. Direct questions to the Calvert Alliance Against Substance Abuse, Inc.
