We want to share an important update with our community.

After careful consideration, we have decided to close the physical location for Flying Frog Fitness. Our last day of classes in the studio will be January 24, 2026. While this is a bittersweet decision, we are incredibly proud of what this space has been and the community that formed within it.

If you have unused gift cards or class passes, please note they may be redeemed through January 24. We invite you to join us one last time and help us finish this chapter on a high note.

We are deeply thankful to everyone who supported the studio—whether you took a class, shared a kind word, or cheered us on from afar. This community made the studio what it was, and we carry that gratitude forward.
