Flying Frog Fitness We have a relaxed and comfortable space in Prince Frederick for individuals to enjoy aerial yoga and If you can breathe, you can practice yoga.

Our goal is to create a safe space where individuals of all levels can meet on the mat to move their bodies with purpose and turn inward to find stillness.
