One of the most neglected areas for pain is the rest of the body.

Treating where it hurts is a logical start, but magic happens when you look at the bigger picture.

I can't count how many times someone has come to me for back pain and as I press on their abdomen they “ Hey! I feel that in my back."

I'm not someone you come to once a month to rub the 'knots' out in your upper back only for them to keep coming back.

I'm a "Let's find out why you keep getting 'knots' in -________ kind of therapist.

Hello again!
It’s that time of year to plan time with loved ones and get off the grid a bit and do my own self discovery.
I will be out of the office from Wednesday Oct. 26 at 6pm Until Wednesday November 2nd at 3:30 pm for an exciting family event!
In addition I will be out of town for an MFR seminar November 9th through November 13th.
Be sure to get on the schedule before or after!
I am excited to deepen my experience even more, in order to share with you all!!
