bringing extensive experience across residential (3.5), outpatient, and recovery support services. Steve has a proven track record of leading clinical teams, implementing evidence-based practices, and working with individuals facing substance use, co-occurring disorders, and criminal justice involvement.
His approach is rooted in structure, accountability, and consistency creating an environment where real change can take place. At Palmetto Corner, this leadership means a continued shift toward a more structured, clinically driven program designed to support courts, parole, probation, and health departments in achieving measurable outcomes for the individuals they refer. While Steve also holds the title of Reverend, his focus remains firmly grounded in clinical excellence, collaboration, and meeting each client where they are without compromising expectations.
