Pickleball is important! We are helping our patient get back to her favorite sport after her knee replacement. We are working on balance, strength and functional movement (in her case, pickleball).

Your Princeton, IL physical therapists Dr. Danielle Lencioni (left) and Dr. Sonnie Blocki (right) recently attended the American Physical Therapy Association Combined Sections Meeting (CSM) in San Antonio, Texas. CSM provides the most current researched based information over a variety of physical therapy specialties including shoulder, knee and hip surgeries and rehab techniques as well as pelvic floor pain and lymphedema management related to cancer.
