In person classes have resumed! Take advantage of special offers with promotional private instruction packages:

an individual class is $90 - this is an amazing rate,
5 classes are $400,
10 class package is even more discounted to encourage you commit to your practice!

Yogic knowledge has always been transmitted from teacher to student in person, because it is the best way learn. Of course, you can take classes online, but it’s simply not the same as personal instruction, because the teacher is not with you to correct your breathing, adjust or help you to modify your postures, or answer your questions.

Gali Yoga is open for new and returning yoga students! After you get the basics down and comfortable with Ashtanga Half Primary Series sequence, you can join a group class!

This is a unique one teacher yoga studio with personal approach to teaching. We go with your pace of learning, so you will learn every aspect correctly.

The schedule is getting busy, so reserve your time soon! You will be challenged, delighted and transformed with this traditional practice! See you soon in practice!

While corona virus is out there, more than anything we need self love and self compassion. Then we can extend ourselves to others in a kind a reassuring way. It works and it’s free! These are some of the things you can do to make yourself feel good:

- meditate on health and happiness. Sit down with your back straight on a chair or floor, close your eyes. Take full, deep breaths.... With inhalation - imagine warm vibrant energy (like the Sun) entering your body and spreading to every cell. With exhalation - exhale love you want to give to other people.

- go for a walk in nature. Being in nature promotes feelings of peace and happiness. Listen to birds sing, notice the signs of spring.

- treat yourself to a nice meal. Nourishing yourself helps you feel relaxed

- do some yoga. Follow a routine you can find on YouTube or just move with your body and find what it wants to do naturally. Reward yourself with extra long relaxation at the end (you can visualize the same as in meditation and then let go and observe your true nature - consciousness and joy incarnate)

- practice mindfulness. When thoughts of disease and worries creep into mind, notice and immediately switch to thinking of being and feeling happy and healthy. Do this every time to train your mind not to worry.

- practice emotional closeness. Talk to friends and family members about other things besides the virus. Share with your friends and family members positive vibes!

- extend to others. Share with your family the ways you can be happy together.

Namaste means the light being inside of me recognizes the light being insight of you!
