Little Spero has exciting news to announce!!!

We have two promotions for two of our clinicians!

Our BCBA Angela has been promoted to Clinical Director ! Since joining Little Spero, she has been such a bright light and has brought even bigger visions than we already had. On top of being an AMAZING BCBA, she is a great leader, she inspires us, and her experience and skills have not only allowed our Princeton centers to flourish but will push our future to be great all over Texas. She has been an integral part of assisting our Clinical director Paul ensure all of our centers succeed

That means, our Clinical Director Paul is also being promoted. He is now the CCO ( Chief clinical officer) of Little spero. Since joining Little Spero, Paul has consistently proven himslef to be a great leader! Under his leadership, we have successfully opened three centers and as we continue to grow Paul will be instrumental in shaping each of our future centers. What truly sets Paul apart is his unmatched passion for both our clients and staff.

We would like to introduce a new member of our leadership team, our new BCBA Angela!! Angela joined the Little Spero team in July. Angela brings over 14 years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum across school and clinical settings, with a deep commitment to helping each child reach their fullest potential. She began her career in education as a special education teacher, working directly with Autistic children in school settings. Her time in the classroom fostered a strong understanding of individualized learning and communication needs.
Transitioning into a specialized role, Angela served as an Augmentative Communication Specialist, where she assessed children for AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices. Her passion lies in helping every child find their voice, ensuring they have the tools to express their wants, needs, and unique personalities.
While pursuing her certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Angela expanded her experience across clinical, home, and community environments. She held leadership roles as both a Clinical Supervisor and Training Director, supporting children and their families with compassionate and evidence-based care.
With her combined background in education and behavior analysis, Angela has a strong understanding of the importance of school readiness. She believes the ultimate goal is for every child to successfully transition into school settings alongside their peers, equipped with the skills and confidence to thrive.

Angela has brought so much energy and leadership to our team and she is going to be a vital part of creating our school readiness center !!
