I’m registered dietitian and here’s what I grabbed at Costco today πŸ›’

fully cooked grilled chicken strips - these are a super easy protein to add to wraps and pasta for lunch or dinner
signature_ smoked salmon - packed with essential omega-3s and a great addition to toast for a high-protein breakfast
signature_ almond butter - a great source of heart-healthy fat and tastes delicious drizzled on top of oatmeal or Greek yogurt

Blueberries - these tiny berries are packed with vitamin C, fiber, and antioxidants that protect our cells from damage

sheet pan vegetables - I’ve never tried these but one of my clients mentioned them in a session last week! They’ll be a great way to add color, fiber and flavor to dinners this week

pistachio chocolate bars - I’ve never seen these before but they caught my attention! Each bar has 10g of plant protein, 5g of fiber, and just 3g of total sugar! Super excited to give these a try
