fully cooked grilled chicken strips - these are a super easy protein to add to wraps and pasta for lunch or dinner
signature_ smoked salmon - packed with essential omega-3s and a great addition to toast for a high-protein breakfast
signature_ almond butter - a great source of heart-healthy fat and tastes delicious drizzled on top of oatmeal or Greek yogurt
Blueberries - these tiny berries are packed with vitamin C, fiber, and antioxidants that protect our cells from damage
sheet pan vegetables - Iβve never tried these but one of my clients mentioned them in a session last week! Theyβll be a great way to add color, fiber and flavor to dinners this week
pistachio chocolate bars - Iβve never seen these before but they caught my attention! Each bar has 10g of plant protein, 5g of fiber, and just 3g of total sugar! Super excited to give these a try
