Meet Emily ✨
With over a decade of dedicated practice, Emily brings a thoughtful, grounded approach to yoga. Trained through a 250-hour program and certified in prenatal yoga, she creates classes that blend traditional postures with modern, fluid movement—while guiding you to connect deeper with your body, mind, and breath.
She’ll be leading our Pre + Postnatal Yoga Series now through 6/6 🤍
