Indulge with a treat so decadent, you'll be double checking just how healthy it is.

lngredients:

• 1 HMR Vanilla Shake/Pudding mix
• 3oz water
• 1 banana, sliced
• Nonstick cooking spray
• 2 tsp sugar-free maple syrup
• 1 tsp rum extract
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Make the pudding, combining the mix, water, and rum extract and stirring until a rich, thick consistency is achieved. Sprinkle with cinnamon and stir to incorporate, then set in the fridge to chill. "Flambe" the banana by adding slices to a pan lightly coated with nonstick cooking spray on medium heat. Heat through and allow to cook 1-2 minutes, until banana slices begin to brown. Sprinkle with cinnamon and turn off the heat. Remove pudding from refrigerator and transfer to a room temperature bowl. Top with bananas and sugar-free maple syrup. Enjoy!
