Warm, filling, and bursting with flavor - use the HMR Mushroom Risotto Entree as the base of a decadent autumn dinner.

Ingredients:

1 HMR Mushroom Risotto Entree
¼ cup onions, chopped
1 Granny Smith apple, cored and diced
1 Tsp cinnamon
½ Tbs sugar-free amaretto syrup

Directions:

1) In a nonstick pan, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, saute the onions until soft.

2) Add the apples and cinnamon and saute for 2-3 minutes, until the apples are soft but still hold their shape.

3) Stir in the entree and syrup and cook until warm. Enjoy!
