Meet Winston 🐾

He’s an 11 week old Cavapoo and just under 3lbs. I’ve always dreamed of having a work dog and this good boy will hopefully fulfill that.

We are still training but he found his spot today in his first trial run appointment, and I think he’s going to be right at home here!!

What Is a Stretch Session❓

A stretch session is a guided, hands-on mobility treatment where a trained practitioner helps move your body through targeted stretches you can’t effectively do on your own. Unlike a traditional massage, you stay clothed and actively participate as your provider gently lengthens muscles, opens joints, and improves range of motion.
