ness goals. Since 2003, Princeton Fitness & Wellness has offered the best equipment and programming in the area to help ensure the most positive outcomes for our members. Our 40,000 square foot facility offers a large selection of strength and cardio equipment, over 150 group fitness classes per week including Les Mills™ and Zumba™, an Aquatic Center with 3 pools, FitKids programming, Physical Therapy and so much more. If our facility is impressive, then our staff is unparalleled. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, gain strength, rehabilitate from an injury, or advance your athletic skills, our highly qualified staff will create a results-based program just for you. We begin with a Health Risk Assessment with a Nurse, followed by a Functional Movement Screening with a Personal Trainer. We then monitor each member’s progress with a complimentary re-evaluation with a Personal Trainer every 60 days, and re-evaluation with our Nurse every 90 days. We are confident that prevention is the future of health care, and we look forward to helping members of all ages and fitness levels achieve optimum health. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who helped make our Fitness Festival & 23-Year Anniversary Celebration such an unforgettable day!

Saturday was truly amazing, from the energy and smiles to the incredible sense of community. It was everything we hoped for and more.

Thank you to everyone who came out to move, celebrate, and create memories with us. Your support is what keeps us going strong—23 years later, and we’re just getting started!

The Aquatics Center will be closed on Sunday, April 19, from 11:00am–3:00pm for a scheduled swim meet.

Family Swim and Parent & Me will be canceled during this time. The pool will reopen after the meet and return to normal hours on Monday, April 20.

Our Parkinson’s Wellness Program is designed to meet participants where they are—whether walking independently or using a cane or wheelchair. Through supervised exercise and supportive group sessions, we help manage symptoms such as stiffness, immobility, and gait challenges while enhancing overall function and quality of life.
