🎓 Education & Certifications: AFAA-Certified Group Exercise Instructor, B.S. in Science and M.A. in Communications
💪 Instructor Specialties: ZUMBA®, Strong by ZUMBA®, ZUMBA® Kids, Bollywood, HIIT, Strength & Tone, Cardio Kickboxing, Pilates, and Enhanced Fitness.
🧶 Fun Fact: Outside of fitness, Jaswinder enjoys crochet, knitting, sewing, cooking, outdoor activities, and spending time with her family, bringing warmth and creativity into everything she does.
💬 Why did you go into Group Fitness Instruction? "I got into fitness to improve my health because I believe movement has the power to transform both the body and mind. Over the years, I have seen how it builds confidence, improves well-being, and brings joy to people's lives. Teaching allows me to share this passion and create a welcoming, energetic space where people of all ages and fitness levels feel supported and inspired to reach their full potential. Watching my students grow, gain confidence, and leave class energized and smiling is what drives me every day. What I enjoy most is seeing the sense of community and happiness that fitness brings to each person. I am committed to making a positive difference and helping build a happier, healthier community. I teach a variety of classes, including Mat Pilates, group exercise, ZUMBA®, HIIT, and fitness sessions tailored to different age groups and fitness needs."
