It is our goal and mission to provide our members the proper environment, education, motivation, and professional instruction to achieve their fitness goals. Since 2003, Princeton Fitness & Wellness has offered the best equipment and programming in the area to help ensure the most positive outcomes for our members. Our 40,000 square foot facility offers a large selection of strength and cardio equipment, over 150 group fitness classes per week including Les Mills™ and Zumba™, an Aquatic Center with 3 pools, FitKids programming, Physical Therapy and so much more. If our facility is impressive, then our staff is unparalleled. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, gain strength, rehabilitate from an injury, or advance your athletic skills, our highly qualified staff will create a results-based program just for you. We begin with a Health Risk Assessment with a Nurse, followed by a Functional Movement Screening with a Personal Trainer. We then monitor each member’s progress with a complimentary re-evaluation with a Personal Trainer every 60 days, and re-evaluation with our Nurse every 90 days. We are confident that prevention is the future of health care, and we look forward to helping members of all ages and fitness levels achieve optimum health. 🚧 Front Entrance Temporary Closure
📅 Monday, October 27

To enhance your experience, we’ll be upgrading the front walkway to our facility beginning at 6:45am on Monday, October 27.

⚠️ During this time, the main entrance will be temporarily closed.
➡️ Please use the side entrance located on the Locker Room side of the building. (If you’re facing the Center, the side entrance is to the left, at the end of the Locker Room hallway.)

Our staff will be on-site throughout the day to assist. If you need help entering the building, please call the Front Desk at 609-683-7888, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

🕙 We anticipate completing the project by 10:00pm on Monday, October 27 and will keep you updated as progress continues.

✨ Meet ZUMBA® Instructor Yvonne! ✨

What started as fun-filled classes in Miami turned into a lifelong passion for movement, music, and community.

“I started taking Zumba classes in Miami with amazing, vibrant instructors, and every class felt like a party. That experience inspired me to get my Zumba certification so I could create the same sense of belonging and excitement for others. For me, Zumba is about more than movement—it’s about connection, community, and the magic of dancing together. Dancing builds strength, balance, and memory, while also giving us joy and self-expression. I love teaching Zumba and treat every class as a unique experience where we learn, let go, and enjoy the music together."

From building strength and balance, to letting loose and expressing yourself, every class with Yvonne is a chance to move, smile, and feel alive. 💖
