It is our goal and mission to provide our members the proper environment, education, motivation, and professional instruction to achieve their fitness goals. Since 2003, Princeton Fitness & Wellness has offered the best equipment and programming in the area to help ensure the most positive outcomes for our members. Our 40,000 square foot facility offers a large selection of strength and cardio equipment, over 150 group fitness classes per week including Les Mills™ and Zumba™, an Aquatic Center with 3 pools, FitKids programming, Physical Therapy and so much more. If our facility is impressive, then our staff is unparalleled. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, gain strength, rehabilitate from an injury, or advance your athletic skills, our highly qualified staff will create a results-based program just for you. We begin with a Health Risk Assessment with a Nurse, followed by a Functional Movement Screening with a Personal Trainer. We then monitor each member’s progress with a complimentary re-evaluation with a Personal Trainer every 60 days, and re-evaluation with our Nurse every 90 days. We are confident that prevention is the future of health care, and we look forward to helping members of all ages and fitness levels achieve optimum health. Take your Reformer practice to the next level with this 4-week Pilates Reformer class series led by Instructor Barbara. Build strength, refine technique, and deepen your practice in a focused small-group setting.

Our Spring Parent & Me Program is the perfect way to introduce your child to the water in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Help your little swimmer build confidence while learning basic aquatic skills.

🏊 Located in our warm 90° saltwater pools for a comfortable learning experience

Sundays | 11:00am–11:30am
This program is eight 30-minute sessions, and classes run once a week. Make up class is May 3.

💪 Instructor Specialties: ZUMBA®, Strong by ZUMBA®, ZUMBA® Kids, Bollywood, HIIT, Strength & Tone, Cardio Kickboxing, Pilates, and Enhanced Fitness.

🧶 Fun Fact: Outside of fitness, Jaswinder enjoys crochet, knitting, sewing, cooking, outdoor activities, and spending time with her family, bringing warmth and creativity into everything she does.

💬 Why did you go into Group Fitness Instruction? "I got into fitness to improve my health because I believe movement has the power to transform both the body and mind. Over the years, I have seen how it builds confidence, improves well-being, and brings joy to people's lives. Meet Aqua Instructor Fran! 👋

“I have been a dedicated member of the PFW team for 14 years, bringing a wealth of experience and passion to our community. My journey in aquatic fitness began over 20 years ago in Upstate New York, and I have since become a highly qualified instructor with WSI and Lifeguarding. My certifications are through both Waterart and the American Red Cross.

My true passion lies in witnessing the growth and progress of my students, whether they are mastering water aerobics or learning to swim for the first time. I also specialize in working with individuals with special needs and am a dedicated teacher. Outside of the pool, I am an avid traveler and sports enthusiast who enjoys skiing, swimming, bowling, and staying active. Above all, I cherish time spent with my husband Phil, children, grandchildren, and family dog Bailey.”
