Black Patch Parade
We had so much fun in last year’s parade that we participated again. Some of our State Fair Beauty Pageant winners, along with staff, and a couple of our peeps rode aboard our float. Earlier in the day, some of our peeps help to decorate the float. We like to have our peeps be involved with all the fun things we do.

Thank you Ty Mullins for providing the trailer and being our driver.

Golden Wish
One of our gentlemen wanted to go for a drive around his old stomping grounds. Our Administrator, Amanda McGregor Coleman, was more than happy to es**rt him around. He declined photos, but said he had the best time. (All Smiles)

This lovely lady wanted to get out for a bit. So thankful that we live so close to the lake and very thankful for an employer that allows me to make these kinds of activities happen. Look at that smile!❤️

Our ladies got together this morning to talk fashion. We designed our paper dolls and had a wonderful time. Ms Bettie taught us how she used to make her own paper dolls.

State Fair Week
Horse Show
We ended our very exciting State Fair Week with a horse show on the front lawn. Horses, Mouse and Banner, along with goat, Abraham, stopped by and visited our peeps. Lots of smiles today and everyone had a great time. Thank you Cara, Taylor, and Chauncey for making our peeps smile.

Amazing performance! Almost half of the facility was in attendance. When Brian sang How Great Thou Art, tears were shed and goosebumps felt throughout the room.
