This week, our team continued spreading the message of Wellness • Prevention • Lifestyle throughout our community.

Heart health is built in the everyday moments — hydration, movement, connection, and consistent care. That’s why we delivered hydration & wellness gifts (reusable water bottles + flavor packets 💧) along with heart-health reminder cards highlighting the services we provide, referral partners we work closely with, and trusted community resources.

Today our hearts were full! 💕 The wonderful children from Grow With Us Childcare center came to visit and delivered handmade Valentine’s cards and beautiful flowers to our residents. Their smiles, laughter, and sweet gestures truly brightened everyone’s day.
