Congratulations to Diane Montez, our December Golden Achievement Award Winner here at Goldwater Care Princeton! 💙 Diane has been part of our team for a little over four years and has been a dedicated C.N.A. since 2017. She is always willing to pick up extra shifts or adjust her schedule to help wherever she’s needed — and we truly appreciate her teamwork and flexibility.

Diane enjoys working here because of the friendships she’s made and the fun that comes from working together as a team. She lives in Princeton with her three cats and one dog, whom she absolutely adores. In her free time, Diane enjoys Sprite and cheesecake, gardening, embroidering, and spending quality time with her family whenever she can.

💛 Golden Heart Award Winner – January 💛

Please join us in congratulating Tom Fisher, our January Golden Heart Award winner! 🎉

Tom has been a valued member of the Goldwater Care Princeton team for over 3½ years and serves as our dedicated Transportation Driver. With numerous nominations, it’s easy to see why—Tom goes above and beyond every single day. In addition to safely transporting our residents to appointments, he willingly lends a helping hand wherever needed, including maintenance, laundry, dietary, and even passing meal trays. If there’s a way to help, Tom is there!

Outside of work, Tom is a proud family man with a wonderful wife, two children, three grandchildren, and one great-grandson. He’s also an animal lover with three dogs inside and plenty of outdoor pets. Tom enjoys fishing, racing, and giving back to the community as a member of the Bureau County Fairgrounds, where he helps during the annual Bureau County Fair.

Thank you, Tom, for your kindness, dedication, and willingness to help everyone—you are truly appreciated! 👏💛

Practice gentle nose care by using soft tissues, protect your skin with lotion to prevent dryness, and wash your hands often to help stop the spread of colds and flu. Getting enough rest supports immune health and recovery, and staying hydrated by drinking water consistently throughout the day is just as important during the colder months.
