I kept meeting women who thought they just had to live with it.

Nobody ever gave them the tools. Pelvic floor restoration isn’t a standard part of postpartum care. It’s not handed to you after surgery. You’re cleared & sent home & expected to just... figure it out.

So I built Reclaim Your Base.

4 weeks. Breath first. Then coordination. Then reflexive strength that shows up in real life, not just in a workout.

Originally I created this for women after gynecological surgery. But honestly, this work is for any woman whose body has been through something significant & never got the roadmap for what comes next.

Short daily sessions. A progression that builds. & a foundation that was yours all along.

Just us.

The energy in a small class is different. Quieter. More personal. Two people settling into the same space together before the music even starts.

& then we got to work.

Sometimes we think we push harder when we have people around us to compare ourselves to. But there’s something that happens when it’s just you in the room & someone whose whole attention is on you. All of you, fully present.
Just you & the work.

At the end she told me she’d never sweated that much. That it felt like having her own personal trainer.
One person or a full room, I’m gonna bring the same energy either way. Because showing up matters. & so does the person who showed up.

When I was at my skinniest I felt frail & sick & tired. Nobody around me was making it important to move your body for any reason other than to lose weight. Strength was never the point. Small was.

& small never felt safe. It just felt like less.

I started strength training in my mid 20s & something shifted that I didn’t expect. I stopped being surprised that my body could do hard things & started expecting it to. I put more weight on the bar. I lift it. I’m a little sore the next day & I do it again.

The world has real dangers in it. & you never really know what you’re capable of until you need it. I’d rather find out from a place of strength than from a place of frailty.

You might just surprise yourself. & completely flip the script on the person who thought they were messing with the wrong one. 😂💪🏼

& I’m still surprising myself every time I step up to that bar.
