Nobody ever gave them the tools. Pelvic floor restoration isn’t a standard part of postpartum care. It’s not handed to you after surgery. You’re cleared & sent home & expected to just... figure it out.
So I built Reclaim Your Base.
4 weeks. Breath first. Then coordination. Then reflexive strength that shows up in real life, not just in a workout.
Originally I created this for women after gynecological surgery. But honestly, this work is for any woman whose body has been through something significant & never got the roadmap for what comes next.
