It is also a physiological state.

A better state may support better thinking, better decisions, steadier energy, better recovery, and more sustainable performance.

Better state → better function → better decisions → better performance.

The state of the nervous system affects everything that comes after it.

When we feel safer and calmer, we are often better able to think clearly, take wiser action, and function more effectively.

This is one of the reasons I created Light Touch®:
to support calm, mental clarity, grounding, and nervous system balance through the body in a simple, wearable, everyday format.

Because calm is not the opposite of performance.

It may be one of the conditions that helps make real performance possible.

Our first production run has now sold out, and we are beginning the next manufacturing cycle while expanding the Hero Resilience Initiative, which is designed to bring Light Touch® into pilot programs supporting first responders and veterans.

We are beginning conversations with organizations and sponsors who believe that those who serve others deserve access to tools that support long-term nervous system resilience.

We’ve opened orders for the next manufacturing cycle, with delivery expected in approximately 6–8 weeks as we continue scaling production.

It’s encouraging to see growing interest in tools designed to support nervous system balance as a foundation for calm, clarity, and sustained performance.

Grateful to the early users, clinicians, and performance professionals who have been exploring Light Touch® with us. Your feedback continues to shape the next stage of development.

I spent two decades working with regulation of the nervous system:
executives, high performance professionals, therapists, their patients and families. High-functioning, smart, capable people. I saw one thing over and over: Even the strongest, most intelligent people struggle to regulate under sustained stress. Not because they lacked insight. Not because they lacked discipline. But because regulation isn’t always voluntary. Then I realized: "Everyone should have this." The benefit of a regulated nervous system shouldn’t be limited to people who could book appointments, attend sessions, or carve out time. Regulation should be ambient, accessible and integrated into daily life.
