PHFC is a 44,000 square foot facility that holds two racquetball courts, a group exercise studio, strength training equipment, cardiovascular fitness areas, a quarter-size basketball court, a lap pool and therapy pool. Each locker room is also equipped with a dry sauna and steam room. Our Kid's Korner and Kid's Gym areas are available for children ages 12 weeks to 12 years.
