It’s not always easy to recognize when you’re struggling. Sometimes, small signs are your mind and body’s way of asking for care.

Here are a few things to check in with yourself about:

✅ You’re feeling overwhelmed or on edge
✅ You’ve lost interest in things you used to enjoy
✅ You’re having trouble sleeping or sleeping too much
✅ You feel disconnected from others
✅ You’re more irritable, anxious, or down than usual
✅ You’re using unhealthy habits to cope
✅ You just don’t feel like yourself
