🔥 5 MINUTE MONDAY: Lower Body Power! 🔥

No gym. No excuses. Just YOU vs the burn.

⏱️ 2 rounds
💥 2 moves
⚡ 1 minute of work / 15 sec rest

🔆 Pulsed Squat Jump x 1 min
- Start in a squat, pulse up & down twice, then explode into a jump.
- Land softly, go right back into the squat.

👉 Modify: drop the jump and do squat pulses only.

🔆 Reverse Lunge with Knee Drive (30s/side)
- Step one leg back into a lunge, then drive the back knee up powerfully as you stand.

👉 Modify: keep it a reverse lunge without the knee drive.

💡 Why this works: Power + stability = stronger glutes, quads, and core. Perfect for HIIT lovers, runners, and weekend warriors.

⚡️ 5 minutes. Big payoff.

🚨 5-Minute Monday Workout 🚨

No equipment. Just YOU. 2 moves, 4 rounds. Core + upper body on 🔥.

🔆 T Push-Up (30s)
👉Start in a push-up position. Perform a push-up, then rotate into a side plank, reaching one arm to the sky (hold for 2-3 seconds in side plank). Return to center for another push up and then alternate sides.
✅ Modification: drop to knees for the push-up.

🔆 High Plank Hold (30s)
👉Wrists under shoulders, core + glutes engaged, body in one straight line.
✅ Modification: plank on forearms or drop knees.

⏱ 4 rounds. 15s rest between. Just 5 minutes to feel stronger + more stable.
