Mason’s story is proof that it’s never too late to take control of your health — and never too early to start building the life you want.
 
Before 2009, fitness wasn’t a priority. But something shifted. He started running. Then came weight training. Then HIIT. And eventually, Orangetheory. By 2019, Mason was all in — and since then, he’s pushed himself beyond limits he once thought were set in stone.
 
He shows up with focus, consistency, and heart. Whether he’s powering through Strength 50 or cooling down to lo-fi jazz, Mason’s not just working out — he’s building a mindset, one rep at a time. 💪

After stepping away to welcome her daughter in November, Kara couldn’t wait to get back under the orange lights. When she heard Woodlake was opening, she jumped at the chance to return to the workouts, the coaches, and the community she missed so much.
