What a great day in Atlanta!

This past Saturday, Integra LifeSciences hosted a hands-on Lower Extremity Flap Course at FIVE Labs Atlanta, bringing together surgeons, residents, and faculty for a full day of skill-building and collaboration.

Led by an incredible faculty team — Drs. Said Azoury, Harrison Cotler, Roselle Crombie, Ryan Garcia, and Michael Theodoulou — participants practiced complex reconstructive techniques and explored how Integra’s regenerative technologies can make a difference in real-world surgical practice.

The energy in the lab was inspiring — full of discussion, collaboration, and the exchange of practical insights to help advance reconstructive care and improve patient outcomes.

At this year’s Plastic Surgery: The Meeting, we hosted an engaging Innovation Theater session: “Reconstruction Redefined: Advancing Defect and Donor Site Outcomes.” Attendees gained insights into the clinical application of Integra technologies, including DuraSorb® Monofilament Mesh, and participated in a dynamic Q&A that fostered collaboration among leading surgeons from around the world.

Thank you to everyone who attended and to Drs. Said Azoury and Ian Valerio for leading the event, which explored evolving strategies in reconstructive surgery — from early training to modern techniques — with a focus on donor site reinforcement and complex defect management.

Together, we’re advancing surgical care and redefining what’s possible in reconstruction.
